KTR threatened TDP leaders from AP, alleges Lokesh
Rajamahendravaram: Minister for Panchayat Raj Nara Lokesh alleged that Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) working president K Taraka Rama Rao has been threatening TDP candidates with dire consequences if they contest in Assembly and Lok Sabha elections.
Addressing the people at the roadshows and public meetings at Anaparthi, Mummidivaram, Amalapuram, Mori and Bandarlanka in the district on Thursday, Lokesh said that K T Rama Rao had also warned the TDP candidates that the TRS government would take away their properties in Hyderabad. What business KT Rama Rao got in AP, he questioned.
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao had given an amount of Rs 1,000 crore to YSRCP president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy to win in the elections, he alleged. "Chandrashekar Rao and Prime Minister Narendra Modi colluded with each other and are trying to defeat TDP and elect YSRCP chief Jaganmohan Reddy as their puppet chief minister in AP,'' the IT minister said.
He further said that Jaganmohan Reddy not uttering a single word against Prime Minister Narendra Modi shows his secret understanding with Modi. Chandrashekar Rao was trying to get the grip on the State by helping Jaganmohan Reddy to become Chief Minister, he added.
Lokesh said YSRCP president Jaganmohan Reddy filed additional sheets as part of his affidavit to give details of his 31 cases. It is time for the people to give clear mandate to TDP for the development of the state, he stated. Lokesh further added the people are the right judges in democracy and they should elect efficient, committed and honest leader.
