Kannababu inaugurates drinking water project in Kakinada

Kakinada: Agriculture Minister Kurasala Kannababu on Sunday inaugurated the drinking water project at Cheediga village. Speaking on the occasion, Kannababu said that the government was giving top priority to provide infrastructure facilities in Kakinada rural constituency.

He said the village secretariat building is being constructed in Cheediga village at a cost of Rs 35 lakh. Similarly, Kannababu said that he spoken with the officials of Endowments Department to restore the ancient Venkateswara Swamy temple. The minister said lands would be acquired to distribute houses to deserving poor by next Ugadi festival.
