"Diwali came a day before the lives of Agri Gold victims," said Lella Appireddy, coordinator of the Agri Gold Victims Committee. After YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was sworn in as chief minister, he praised the fact that every day the mosque is thinking for the better.

Appireddy told the media that in the first instalment of Agrigold victims, Rs.264 crore had been released for 3,70,000 victims while 886 crores were released for the second instalment with this total of 1150 crores were released for Agri Gold victims.

He said that despite the state is in financial crisis; YS Jagan has kept his word and helping the poor with various schemes. "We are convening a meeting with all AgriGold victims on the 29th of this month," Appireddy said.

The Agri Gold scam took place during the tenure of Chandrababu, where he deceived the victims by initiating committees, but the problem is not solved. He alleged that TDP leaders took the properties of Agri Gold.
