He took strong exception to YSRCP leaders criticizing the former Chief Minister and Opposition leader N Chandrababu Naidu. He said Chandrababu began the administration with a deficit budget of Rs 16 crore after the bifurcation of the State and yet satisfied all the sectors of the economy and secions of the people.

Despite the lack of Central assistance, Chandrababu Naidu developed the capital region, Amaravati. He also completed 80 percent of Polavaram project works. He alleged that the present YSRCP government had stopped construction of the Capital Amaravathi and Polavaram. About 15,000 workers who worked on the Polavaram project were left in the lurch.

He informed that the Jagan government had borrowed Rs 23,000 crore in the last four months and that national banks were also reluctant to lend money. He further said that state has been hit hard by the State's financial problems and the tax burden has increased.

Former Kakinada MLA Vanamadi Venkateswara Rao, TDP leader Aman Jain and others were present.
