CM sanctions 4 lakh to cancer patient: MP Margani Bharat
Rajamahendravaram: Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has sanctioned an amount of Rs 4 lakh to Ganjeti Rama Krishna for his medical expenses and out of it, an amount of Rs 1.5 lakh was released in the first phase.
Speaking to 'The Hans India' here on Sunday, MP and YSRCP Parliamentary party chief whip Margani Bharat Ram said that the Chief Minister sanctioned the amount from Chief Minister's Relief Fund (CMRF) to Rama Krishna who is suffering with blood cancer for a decade.
Rama Krishna went to NIMS in Hyderabad for treatment where they estimated an amount of Rs 4 lakh for his treatment. With this, his case was recommended to the Chief Minister and he sanctioned the amount.
Ganjeti Rama Krishna belongs to Vemagiri village of Kadiyam mandal in Rajamahendravaram rural Assembly constituency, he added. Ganjeti Rama Krishna showed the amount sanction letter to the MP at his office here on Sunday along with former MLC Balasali Indira.
