CM Jagan to tour Kurnool today, to launch third installment of YSR Kanti Velugu scheme

Chief minister Jagan Mohan Reddy will tour Kurnool district on Tuesday. This the first-time for Jagan to visit Kurnool after becoming chief minister of Andhra Pradesh. CM would leave to Kurnool from Gannavaram airport at 10.30 am. From the Gannavaram airport, CM will first will arrive at the Oravkal Airport and from there he moves to APSP Battalion in Kurnool by a special helicopter. Later he will attend a public meeting organized by the STBC College Grounds.

As part of the tour, CM Jagan Reddy will inaugurate the third installment of YSR Kanti Velugu program for the old age people. In the third installment, a total of 56,88,424 patients are targeted for screening (ophthalmology).

Followed by CM Jagan will lay foundation for construction of design and development centers with a budget of 100 crores. As many as 108 crores of cheques will be distributed to the beneficiaries of government schemes. Officials have made arrangements for CM's visit.
