CM Jagan reviews IT and Skill Development program, decides to set up 30 new centres in the state

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy reviewed IT and skill development program on Monday. In the review meeting held at CM camp office, the chief minister gas decided to set up 30 skill development centres to take the program forward with 25 centers at all parliamentary constituencies four centres at triple ITs and one for the Pulivendula JNTU respectively. CM asserted that the need for setting up the centralized system to monitor.

Apart from the above decisions, CM YS Jagan has ordered to set up a high end skill center in IT sector in Vishakhapatnam in association with two more companies in Central Andhra and Rayalaseema. He emphasized that the students who have excelled in engineering should be admitted to these courses to enhance their skills.

In this regard, the CM has ordered the officials to chalk out the strategy for the completion of land recognition and mobilization of financial resources within 45 days. Industrial Minister Mekapati Gautam Reddy, Skill Development Corporation Chairman Challa Madhusudan Reddy and other officials were present in review meeting.
