Chandrababu Naidu, Nara Lokesh under house arrest

Amaravati: AP police have foiled TDP leaders Chalo Atmakur. The heavy police forces were deployed in the Palnadu region. The TDP leaders were taken under house arrest.

The police protection has been given to the YCP government victim's rehabilitation camp in Guntur. The TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu has given a call Chalo Atmakur to mark a protest against YCP attacks on TDP leaders and activists.

The police officials who refused permission for the rally have deployed forces at TDP prominent leaders house at midnight. With the orders, the police have made TDP leaders house arrest.

Chandrababu Naidu who is determined to conduct Chalo Atmakur at any cost has been stopped by the police at his residence and even not permitted TDP leaders inside the house.

Over police actions, the TDP leaders have raised the objections and made slogans police go back. In spite of the protest, the police have not moved from the spot and took Chandrababu Naidu into house arrest. The police also seized Chandrababu's Campaigning vehicle at Atmakur.

The TDP MLC and former minister Nara Lokesh who was on his way to Atmakur have been stopped by the police at Amaravati and imposed house arrest. This lead to an argument between the TDP workers and police.

On the call of TDP's Chalo Atmakur, the police have imposed Section 144 and 30 in Palnadu region. The tension prevails as the police have made house arrest of several TDP leaders and MLAs in Krishna, Guntur, and Prakasam district.
