CBI files case against Visakhapatnam Dr Sudhakar for creating nuisance on road

Anaesthesia doctor Dr. Sudhakar's case has taken a new twist after CBI plunged in over the investigation following High Court orders. CBI officials, who were investigating the Sudhakar case had earlier filed a case against the police. However, in the latest development, CBI also filed an FIR against Dr Sudhakar. The bureau has posted details of the case on its website. The CBI has filed a lawsuit alleging that being a government employee, cursing public representatives on the roadside, blaming the police on duty, and creating a nuisance and threatening the locals.
The police file was handed over to the CBI along with the information of 23 witnesses and a 130-page CD file. They examined them and filed a case against him under section 188 has been registered against Dr. Sudhakar for violating the terms during the lockdown.
Soon after the investigation began, the CBI filed a case against some police and government employees in Visakhapatnam. These include sections on conspiracy, deliberation, imprisonment, theft, and threats. However, with the case filed on Dr. Sudhakar, it has now become interesting to see how this case moves forward.
