Bhuma Akhila Priya's brothers join BJP

Amaravati: Former Minister Bhuma Akhila Priya's brothers have decided to quit TDP and join the BJP.

On Friday, in the presence of BJP working president JP Nadda, Bhuma Kishore Reddy and Mahesh Reddy have joined the saffron party. On the occasion, JP Nadda has welcomed Bhuma brothers into the BJP by facilitating them with party shawl.

Speaking to media, Bhuma Kishore Reddy said they had joined BJP to protect Bhuma supporters in Allagadda constituency and added that Kishore Reddy said he would work to his best to strengthen the BJP in Kurnool district.

He said after the defeat in the elections, conflicts have increased among Bhuma supporters with the over interventions of former Minister Bhuma Akhila Priya's husband.

Former MPP Bhuma Kishore Reddy, who is the son of Bhuma Nagi Reddy's bother Bhaskar Reddy, is said to be upset over Akhila Priya for past sometime. In the context, he has decided to join the BJP.
