AP inter results 2019: Intermediate 1st and 2nd-year results released
The Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education (BIEAP) announced the inter first and second-year results at block number-3 in Secretariat at 11 am on Friday. The results were announced by the BIEAP secretary B Udaya Lakshmi. The pass percentage of inter second year is 72 per cent and that of the first year is 60 per cent. Girls is said to be outshined boys with the passing percentage of 75 per cent while the boys secured 68 per cent.
For the first time, the results were announced in the grading system. The marks would be graded under 7 grades for AP Inter results. A1 is for 91 - 100 percentage (marks), A2 for 81 -90, B1 for 71 - 80, B2 for 61 - 70, C1 for 51 - 60 and C2 for 41 - 50. D grade is for 35 - 40.
Around 5.10 lakh students appeared for the first year exam and 5.17 lakh students for the second year exam which were held at 1430 centres across Andhra Pradesh.
