AP govt. sets up Urban Task Force for distribution of coronavirus vaccine, issues orders
The Andhra Pradesh government has issued orders setting up an urban task force to conduct the covid vaccine distribution exercise in urban areas. Appointed a 9-member committee with the Municipal Commissioner as Chairman, the government has already set up state, district and zonal level task force committees. The task force committee has made amendments in the orders.
Six other members of the State Task Force while in district wise, 31 officers were included in the district task force, the government said. With the new amendments, the Andhra Pradesh government has issued orders appointing 16 members of the State Task Force and 34 members of the District Task Force.
It is already known that some countries around the world have allowed the emergency use of the corona vaccine. In this context, Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan said that a large-scale coronavirus vaccination program would be launched in India in January next year. He told in a press conference in Delhi on Monday that a large-scale corona vaccination program would be launched across the country in January next year. The vaccination program can begin in any week of January.
He said that have set up task force teams by states, districts and block levels. It has already trained nearly 20,000 people from 206 districts across the country. But first of all, the government's first priority is to dispel many of the public's suspicions about the safety of the vaccine. However, it is our responsibility to vaccinate people. But if someone does not want to be vaccinated there will be no compulsion.
