Andhra Pradesh: Rescue team finally catches Bear entered into residential area in Srikakulam

The bear that attacked several people yesterday in Kidisingi in the Vajrapukottur mandal of the district was finally caught. The bear was captured alive by authorities. The rescue team gave the drug injection and finally caught it alive. Arrangements have been made to move the bear to the Animal Rescue Center.

Since yesterday, the bear has terrorized the people living in the Kidisingi Shardapuram Thota. Many were attacked and wounded in that sequence. After receiving the information, the forest department officials with the help of the rescue team finally caught it.

Earlier, forest officials found a bear in a house and sent a special team. Residents of the Shardapuram Thota were alerted and evacuated. The locals breathed in a sigh of relief after the bear was caught alive.

The series of incidents where the wild animals coming into residential areas have become a concern for the people.
