192 KLU students take part in Hackathon in Vijayawada
Vijayawada: ServiceNow India Development Centre has conducted Hackathon for the first time in India for academic students at K L University on Friday. About 192 students, who were trained in ServiceNow application developer by certified faculty of the University, participated in Hackathon.
This experience will improve technical competency of the students and help them to appear for global certification exam and also enable them to participate in ServiceNow job fair in August. The students formed 32 batches with six members in each batch and selected a problem statement discussing with professors of the university to develop an application on ServiceNow developer instance by utilising the features of ServiceNow platform.
Dr V Srikanth, dean, Skill Development thanked the team from ServiceNow India Development Centre for training the faculty and certifying them as ServiceNow application developers. Dr LSS Reddy, Vice-Chancellor of KL University said this was great opportunity for the students in enhancing their domain knowledge learning from the leading cloud enterprise company in developing digital workflows.
